The participation fee of 550.00 EURO plus 19% VAT for the MICE Club event is made binding upon delivery of registration to DOMSET GmbH & Co. KG via the Internet, and after confirmation of participation is given by DOMSET GmbH & Co. KG. This must be paid no later than ten days after receipt of invoice. Cancellation does not incur any penalties until 30.09.2013. Thereafter, cancellation is no longer possible, and the paid participation fee of EURO 550.00 plus 19% VAT will be retained as a cancellation or no-show fee. Naming a qualified replacement is possible subject to prior consultation with the organiser. However, this organiser reserves the exclusive right of approval. All services and extras (e.g. room service, mini-bar, spa treatments, etc.), which participants partake of outside the programme provided by the organiser, will be paid for by the participants. Getting to/from the nearest DB railway station will be done at the participant’s own initiative and expense. The participant’s binding registration is a confirmation that participation at the MICE Club event takes place within the framework of compliance policies of his/her company and that there exists approval to attend the event. By participating in this event, you expressly consent to the publication of photographs, film footage, and video streams of your person created during the course of the event. This also applies for printed products, videos or DVDs and the Internet.
